- Veal and tuna served as ‘Vitello Tonnato’.

- Oysters and foie gras snacks, smoked bacon and chestnuts.

- Duck tartare, foie gras, pickled daikon.

- Lobster ravioli, Parmesan velouté: Supp 10€

- Pata Negra Bellota Ibérique ham, toasted bread, garlic confit and Montchego cheese: Supp 21€

Location

- La Sébaste, parsnips, banana and smoked bacon à la Sarladaise.

- Celery and golden raisins under Breton cod. 

- ‘Chou-shi’, scallops, rabbit, haddock. - Lamb, like a hug with honey, rosemary, lime and softened garlic.

- Gratinée, a ‘Café de Paris’ topped with a Noix de Veau.

- Faux-filet / Entrecôte Maturé, Paillassons de pommes de terre et Chimichouri rouge. ‘Please don't ask me for it well done.’ : Supp 24€/34€

- Galician pork loin raised on chestnuts, Calamarata and langoustines: Supp 18€

The ice cream is homemade, and the bread is from the artisan baker ‘La Gerbe de Blé’.
