Must be ordered in advance and collected on site between 6pm and 7.30pm.

Starter: Veal, foie gras and tuna served as ‘Vitello Tonnato’.

Main courses: Wild sea bass seared on the skin, parsnip risotto, parmesan velouté, smoked bacon or plain.

Or: Free-range chicken with two textures, chervil root, chestnut velouté and lime.

Dessert: Clementine, chocolate, praline, crumble.
