‘Christmas Eve Menu 2025 at £105’

Aperitif with appetiser, champagne meal, water, coffee.
- Veal, foie gras and tuna served as ‘Vitello Tonnato’.
- Crispy tartlet with Jerusalem artichoke, orange and marinated Breton sea bass.
- Scallops, tender cabbage, lemongrass.
- Matured Black Angus beef and foie gras cooked in the style of a gourmet onion soup.
- Clementine, chocolate, praline, buckwheat crumble.

 

‘New Year's Eve Menu 2024 at £150’

Aperitif with appetisers, meal with Champagne, water and coffee.
-Tacos Breton style... Lobster and crunchy buckwheat.
-Foie gras ravioli, Parmesan velouté and green celery dust.
-Wild sea bream seared in clear shellfish broth.
-Seared sweetbread, chervil roots, lime, chestnut velouté.
-Clementine, chocolate, praline, crumble.
